Service Update

Following the latest government guidance around Covid-19, our staff will again be working from home.

Working from home will not affect the services we provide to you. You can contact us as usual by telephone between 9am and 5pm each weekday and by email. Our out of hours service will continue to deal with emergency repairs.

Our contractors will take all necessary precautions when working in your home. Please socially distance from them, wear a face mask (unless you are medically exempt), ventilate your home and consider taking a lateral flow test before they arrive. Should you or anyone in your household experience Covid symptoms, please let us know before the contractor is due to arrive so that we can reschedule their visit.

You will see our staff out and about but, should you need to speak to them, please wear a face mask and socially distance. For the time being, we will only be carrying out internal inspections and home visits where absolutely necessary.

These measures are being put in place for your safety and for the safety of staff and contractors and we are grateful for your support and understanding.
