Christmas Opening Hours

We will be closing at noon on Christmas Eve and re-opening at 9.00am on Tuesday 4 January. During this time, we will operate an out of hours service for emergency repairs.

Please report these by calling 020 3866 5999 or (freephone) 03300 245598. Please do not email us your repair requests as these will not be read until 4 January.

Emergency repairs include: - Complete loss of power - No heating (especially if vulnerable) - Fire/Flood

If you smell gas please contact The National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999.

If you lose your keys or lock yourself out, you should contact a local locksmith. If we have to attend, you will be charged.

Please note that we may only attend to ‘make safe’. It may be that a follow up repair needs to be carried out at a later date.
