If you suffered damage to your belongings because of a flood, a fire or a burglary, you’d need to be covered through your own insurance. We have had cases where tenants have lost their furniture and clothes in a fire or had things water damaged through a flood. Please, make sure you have insurance. We can’t do this for you.
