How We Support Our Clients
Once we have received a referral, we will meet with the client in order to:
- Establish exactly what your needs are
- Create a support plan with you, which will identify outcomes that you wish to accomplish with our help
We are then ready to start work. We will carry out the tasks identified within the support plan, keeping you informed at all times as to progress, and ensuring we have your approval to contact anybody. If during this process more needs are identified then these are added to the support plan.
