How to Apply for a Transfer
We will consider applications from our tenants if they wish to transfer to another property or scheme. However, the more bedrooms you require, the harder it is to organise a transfer, as people do not move out of larger properties so readily.
Therefore, it is worth considering trying to arrange a mutual exchange. This is where you as a tenant arrange with another tenant of either this association or another to swap.
