Your Responsibilities as a Tenant
When you sign the Tenancy Agreement, you are legally bound by that agreement. You are also responsible for the behaviour of your visitors and family.
If you or any of your visitors therefore breach the terms of this tenancy we can take action against you, which in the worst case scenario may mean you could lose your home.
