How To Apply
Due to the fact we receive grant to develop and purchase properties with the support of the local authority, we have to give them nomination rights whenever we have an empty property. We then have to have some properties that we can occasionally use for internal transfers.
For these reasons, we do not hold an open waiting list. Therefore in order to apply for one of our properties, you have to be registered with Bexley Council.
When we have a vacancy we then approach them to provide us with a name. We then arrange to meet with the nominee in order to establish their requirements and show them the property.
