Re-Chargeable Repairs Payments
Re-chargeable repairs must not be paid with your rent paying in book. Payment must be made either:
- By cheque to the office stating that it is a re-charge payment
- By paying in book that is for your re-charge only, this can be sent to you on request
- Or by visiting the office with cash payment, please make it clear to the staff member that it is for a re-charge.
