Partnership Working
As a small Association it is important that we work in partnership with others in order to provide the best possible service to both our tenants and clients and our stakeholders. As well as working in partnership with housing associations, we also work with local authorities, social services departments, primary care trusts and the Housing Corporation.
We work in partnership with Chislehurst & Sidcup Housing Association and are in the process of forging a formalised way of working with them in the future. Other Associations we are working in partnership with include Orbit Housing Association who are currently acting as our Development Agents on a refurbishment project within the borough.
As well as a stakeholder, Bexley Council is also a partner. Both in the Housing Management and the Housing Support, we work closely with different departments, including Allocations, the Drug and Alcohol Team, and Social Services.
Other organisations we work closely with include the London Probation Service, Gateway Care Services, who are a small BME organisation, Bexley Commission for Racial Equality, and the Police.
