BECHA is a Registered Social Landlord registered with the Housing Corporation, registration number L0976 and a member of the National Housing Federation. We are also registered under the Industrial and Provident Society Act with charitable status, number 17138R.
In addition to the above our Housing Support Service is externally validated by the Local Authority with whom we work, i.e. Bexley. In 2006 we were awarded 6 grade B’s. The highest grade that could be obtained over the six service areas that are assessed were grade A’s.
