Our Tenants and Clients
When BECHA was formed, the purpose was to provide accommodation for local people who were in need of quality homes. Today that is still the case, so in order to ensure we find the people most in need, we receive our nominations for vacant properties from the local authority.
The services we provide our tenants include housing management so that they may sustain their tenancy, and housing maintenance so that we can sustain the life of the property.
Since 2003 we have provided a housing support service to local Bexley residents with either mental health issues, substance misuse, are ex-offenders who are at risk of re-offending or residents living in vulnerable households. The purpose of this support is to help them sustain their tenancy and remain independent.
